Herbicides Efficacy against Volunteer Oilseed Rape as Influenced by Spray Solution pH

The pH of the spray liquid is one factors influencing efficacy herbicides. Adjusting appropriate parameters spraying may reduce consumption pesticides, which in line with currently introduced legal standards and society’s requirements. In greenhouse experiment, influence herbicides containing mesotrione, nicosulfuron, rimsulfuron, bromoxynil, a mixture mesotrione on oilseed rape control was investigated. Oilseed (Brassica napus L. ssp. oleifera), apart from being an important crop, can become nuisance weed many fields as form volunteer plants. Visual assessment, reduction fresh weight, chlorophyll fluorescence were performed. Individual influenced tested to different extent. individual plant protection products. highest herbicidal relation plants observed case combinations applied at reduced increased pH, nicosulfuron acidic alkaline environment, rimsulfuron without modification, all treatments bromoxynil applied. had greatest impact photosystem II activity.
